Shipping Policies

  • We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If an order is large enough to require freight service (rare), we will ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • All pre-printed products will be shipped out within one to three business days. All custom orders will be shipped out within two to ten business days depending on the size of the order. Please note that this does not include your selected shipping time. For example, if you choose 2-day shipping, please allow 3 – 5 days to receive your product.
  • Our shipping methods include standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping. For orders to the contiguous states in the U.S., standard shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping is typically 2 to 3 business days. Orders that are going to a local destination close to us may take less than two or three days.
  • At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping through our website. If you need something sent overnight, call us at 843-891-0775 so we can ensure we’re able to get it out to you in time.
  • Please keep in mind that once your product(s) leave our office, we are not in control of the shipping process. While USPS is very reliable in most cases, there may the occasional times that they take a little extra time to get your products to you. Please order your products in a timely manner to ensure you receive them in time.

Same-Day Delivery Policies

  • For same-day delivery services, we may use our own driver or we may deliver to you via a third party service provider known as Roadie. Both services are distance-based and will result in delivery charges. These charges are the same for both service providers.
  • Same-day delivery orders will not be sent out after our offices are closed. We close at 6pm EST, Monday – Friday. We are not open on weekends.
  • If you require same-day delivery services, you must provide a valid phone number for a point of contact as well as a legitimate address. Our drivers may need to get in touch with you about your delivery. We are not responsible for any issues that may occur from delivery orders that have incomplete or improper contact information.
  • Please make sure your house number is clearly visible to the driver so they can locate you. Please keep in mind that, for evening/night deliveries, it can be hard for drivers to see house numbers.
  • Unless you request otherwise, drivers will knock/ring your doorbell to deliver to you. If you want them to leave the package on your porch, please make sure you indicate that when you place your order.

Pick Up Policies

  • You can elect to pick up any order from our offices at no additional charge. All pickups must occur Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST.
  • Curbside pick up is available. Simply call us and let us know you’re outside.
  • There may be times where your package will be with the receptionist up front. If this is the case, we will let you know.
